Purchasing Coordinator
Mahi Pono is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator. The Purchasing Coordinator position will support daily procurement activities for MP Packing Co. operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely sourcing, purchasing, and receipt of packaging materials and other supplies essential to the production of MP Packing Co. This position will work closely with accounting, operations, procurement, and logistics. The Purchasing Coordinator will maintain accurate inventory planning, purchasing documentation, and tools while supporting efficient and cost-effective procurement practices. Prior experience with manufacturing, agriculture, or food processing environment preferred. In addition, experience with basic inventory or procurement reporting is a plus, and experience with ERP or purchasing systems preferred (e.g. NetSuite, SAP, etc.) Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. Logistics Coordinator
Mahi Pono is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for our MP Packing Co. operations. The Logistics Coordinator will work closely with the Shipping Supervisor to ensure all outbound loads meet shipping requirements. This role is responsible for managing all finished goods inventory, ensuring daily and weekly order fulfillment, and maintaining accurate records of setback limes and lemons. The Logistics Coordinator will apply FIFO (First In, First Out) practices, utilize setbacks for orders when possible, and maintain accurate QuickBase inventory records for all citrus varieties. Prior 1-2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse administration preferred. Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills, and excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail. In addition, must have strong data entry skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel and QuickBase (or similar software). Junior Financial Analyst
Mahi Pono is seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to support the Finance team with financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and operational analysis. This role will assist in data analysis, reporting, and decision-making to ensure financial alignment across the company. Must have strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling, data visualization), experience with or ability to quickly learn financial planning and ERP systems, and the understanding of financial statements and key financial metrics. Must have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or FP&A, along with experience in agribusiness, manufacturing or CPG is a plus but not required. Journeyman/Industrial Mechanic
Mahi Pono is seeking an Industrial Mechanic. One-year minimum journeyman mechanic experience preferred. Industrial Mechanic must be able to work on new installations, to include preventative maintenance, repairs, inspection, testing, and adjustments on equipment to existing equipment and facilities.
